This bistro is inside the Courtyard hotel lobby. If you’re staying at this hotel, there is nothing wrong with this restaurant. The food was actually good and the staff has been very friendly and worked hard to take orders, prepare and serve food. They are frequently understaffed, but they are more than pleasant and accommodating. The food is fine when taken into context, it’s a Starbucks bistro inside a Courtyard…. The absolute best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Let alone that it’s from a hotel food provider.
They have legit Starbucks coffee here and a breakfast & dinner Bistro.
Had the loaded tots, chicken wings and salad all good choices. You can’t go wrong with any choices from the BISTRO

Mediocre. Popcorn machine that was empty 3 of the 4 days we stayed. Just get rid of it if you aren't going to use it. Give the machine to Goodwill. And no free coffee ready to grab going out the door in the mornings????? I can get that at a $35/night Flea-Bag Inn. Back to Holiday Inn Express for me.
