Could be better, they have room for improvement but it was good. Is that knowing the brand and the reputation I was expecting. But nothing bad no complaints.
Stopped in on a quick one day visit to Austin I had and honestly 10/10
I went early right at 9 as they opened and was the only person in there for a bit but all the staff from the barista to the ladies at the coach store were super nice and friendly. Tiramisu iced coffee was very tasty. Got myself the coffee shop tote to use as a work bag and the barista actually told me the girls could monogram my tag for free. And they did! Absolutely amazing in store Coach coffee shop. The coffee shop has great customer service as well. The Coach store staff was very professional and helpful. Buy yourself a coffee while you shop. Absolute recommend everyone visit this Store.
