We went on a slow Saturday night. Ordered the hush puppies, redfish, roast beef po’boy, and grilled oysters. The hush puppies were good, the sauce was not good. The fish was fine other than we had a couple of bones in ours and it was over salted. The po’boy had wayyyy too much going on. You mostly taste soggy bread and shredded lettuce. The best thing was probably the side salad that came with the fish. The potatoes it comes with are covered in a terrible sauce so we didn’t...
Everything was great, food was great, service great, atmosphere was good. Although, i tried to order 2 individual hush puppies on their happy hour menu (they come as 7 and like lets be honest who's really eating 7 entire hush puppies) and our server said we could not because they come in a batch.......not sure how they could come in a batch...We passed and got the shrimp, which was amazing, but...they come in an order of 6, and they only gave us 5...maybe im dramatic but...
Uptown sports is the best place to go for a drink with the girls or lunch with your parents. I love the chill yet nice ambience. The cocktails are fabulous!!!! Also highly recommend the fried chicken.
