Is your hostess always so rude...probably should find better staff...with rhat being said the pizza wasn't bad...i guess the experience with rhe hostess kinda made it not so great. Maybe just a bad day...

Went to VIA313 for the first time today! Gavin, our server was super awesome, friendly, and helpful. The food was incredible! Also staff brought us a free dessert for our first time which was amazing!! will be back!

Went back to this location a few weeks ago and management must have changed since we were last here. As our server never came by our table. We had to keep asking another server for help. Asked the manager for help and he said he would have our server help us with water. Then server continues to walk right past us. I guess it’s because we wasn’t drinking alcohol. Then the server posts the ticket for us to pay right there with him holding it. After I asked him to bring me the receipt on paper. He said no.

We love this pizza🍕! We tried the 8 piece Veggie pizza and it rocked! The pizza is Detroit style with a thick light crust. I highly recommend their pizza.

God I love this place. Ate here last night for my birthday, everything was cooked to perfection. They forgot the cheese stick appetizer and they felt so bad they still cooked it and brought it out free. Then gave cinnamon sticks as dessert also free. They clearly go above and beyond for their customers and that’s why they’re still the best pizza in Austin. Thanks guys!

They just cancelled my order after waiting 2 hours! Ordered at 6:03, it’s now 7:57 and just got the notification that they cancelled the order. I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else now after waiting 2 hours.
