He was extremely polite and made our first Waffle House experience awesome! He cooked really well and the food was great, we ordered seconds. The facility is clean as well. “What did I really expect? It's just a window over night. I asked for a receipt or a ticket, denied. I waited and watched the window for 20 minutes. Turns out they threw it on a shelf and let it get cold. Plenty way better ways to waste 20 bucks and 20 minutes in a dark parking lot in Austin at 3am.“
“I am from North Carolina, where there is a Waffle House on every corner. I am skeptical of WH in TX at times because the few there are will sometimes close their doors before most people get off work, but the meal I had here tonight affirmed my love of this business.
I was served by Britain, who was incredibly polite and energetic to everyone who came and left. My food came minutes after I sat down, and was just as good as I remember back east, if not better. So glad to know this franchise is operating just around the corner from my work. Thank you Team!“
