“We love Waffle House but usually have mixed reviews on service and quality. This was the best experience and the food was hot fresh and cooked EXACTLY as asked. We order the All star with eggs over easy (cooked perfectly) & grits…perfect. Toast was still hot when served. The pecan waffle had scattered pecans and was hot and fresh, not overcooked! My hash-browns were scattered and crisp with the perfect edges. My ham was hot and fresh off the grill. The team behind the counter was working together! No one was disgruntled. They deserve recognition! They were a well oiled breakfast machine. Coffee was served, we had to ask for nothing. KEVIN took care of everything before we asked. This store should be a flagship store and train others how to work together. I wish I lived in Austin because I would be a regular at this Waffle House! We did have to wait to be seated but not excessively, they were busy. BEST Waffle House I’ve been to! Only one other has come close.Thanks for a great breakfast Kevin and the team at the Austin Waffle House. 💗💗. “The staff here is always very kind and takes good care of us when we dine in. Kaydence was very sweet and took the time to get us all taken care of. The restaurant can get really busy but despite being overwhelmed they are incredibly friendly and helpful“
“Came late at night after a long day. First time ever having waffle house. Britain (I think that’s how you spell it) took my order, he checked in on me and my boyfriend as we ate and made sure we got our food in a timely manner. Genuinely really great customer service. Diamond made my food, I know who because I had to ask because it was SO GOOD!! Super friendly and sweet and quick! even at 11 at night. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you guys!!“
