There was a miscommunication with pricing on a tea experience after leaving shocked at what I had paid, I called with questions. They attended to all my questions and doubts and communicated there was a miscommunication on their end and refunded half of what I had spent. They didn’t have to do that but that will certainly go a long way. I will be going back 100% just because of the customer service and the amazing teas of course. Thank you for the compassion and understanding of the situation!

Such a hidden gem imo. We were expecting separate dining tables and separate conversations. This was something else entirely. Sohan and Leland were amazing hosts and the conversations we had with them, and other guests were full of life, knowledge, and funnies. Love the experience will definitely come back. Sorry Sohan, this review might go against our commoditization conversation but hope it helps!Vegetarian options: It’s just tea.Kid-friendliness: If your kids are calm, respectful and courteous.

I want to start this review with the knowledge I live in alsaka and have ordered from West China Tea House but not actually been there. I ordered about 200 dollars in bings and tea coins and I have to say I am incredibly impressed not only in the quality of the tea it's self but the speed in which they were able to get me my purchase. I will definitely be buying more from their website and will hopefully some day get to visit the actual tea house it's self. Thankyou So Han for all of your youtube content and thankyou to your staff for the care that was put into packing my order.

Can’t wait to revisit this gem! Excellent experience first time there. Connor was a FABULOUS host!! He provided an informative, fun, warm and personable introduction to the teas we experienced. Exclusive access to some of the best pure teas to be found in the US. Wonderful idea for a date night or professional outing as they have an event space to host private parties.

A very interesting experience. My friends and I went to the tea bar which was really fun to learn about different teas and try them in a traditional method. Our "bartender" was very knowledgeable and very chill, it was really fun overall.

My wife and I came by after enjoying a Japanese tea tasting just over a month ago elsewhere and constantly driving by this place. Happy we did. We sat at the bar and enjoyed around 4-5 pots of different teas served to everyone sitting around. Our server educated us on all the things happening while taking questions and obviously enjoying his parr in it all. We left with some tea coin samples and another tea set to supplement our own stock. My wife is a Sommelier, so her pleasure speaks volume for the tasting experience. Great service, beautiful atmosphere, nice vibe with the music, great tea. 5 stars.

A great experience for conversations or dates over an elegant tea service. A variety of room settings and seating formats for couples, groups, or meeting strangers. Informative and encouraging staff eager to provide recommendations and demonstrations.

Nut allergies beware!...just kidding, tea has no nuts.Stellar service and experience with Nick today with our party of six. We did the private tea tasting and were able to select four teas to have a Gongfu Cha experience over 2 hours and 15 minutes. The experience means that the tea is steeped quickly around 10 times, and you sample the tea at different levels of steeping to identify how the flavors mature. So we got around 30-40 small cups of tea over that course of time. ($20/hr/person = $270 for our group)Nick was great conversation during our time, along with sharing his wealth of tea knowledge.I'm not sure if it's something I would do often due to the cost, but the offering is fantastic and they do other styles like self service and a "brewer's choice" tea bar that are more affordable.
