Everything about this place is great except for the customer service I experienced today. The lady at the window was not very friendly, and it really affects the overall experience. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in customer service. When customers say “thank you,” it’s nice to hear “you’re welcome” or at least some appreciation in return. Other than that, the food and the place itself are great.
The perfectly imperfect bagel joint I keep going back to. You will get it when you go. I know it will be your favorite spot too.
Try anything with their Garlic Bagel. I cannot get enough of it. I was accidentally given a garlic bagel for my order and now it's all I order...Breakfast bagel with garlic bagel, please. Lox with garlic bagel, please. Butter and strawberry jelly on a garlic bagel, please. LOL
