I'm not going to lie this Whataburger establishment is by far the best Whataburger I visited. They are on point, food is fresh and to top it off, outstanding customer service. All my friends who live in the Austin area. Make a trip here and get some great food. Wow!!! I have to brag on a the young lady whom served us named Kiarra. A great employee who represented whataburger well. On a scale from 1 to 10. I'm going to give this location a 9.9 because you guys rocked it!!!!👍
The customer service at your Austin, TX #481 location was horrible! Ashley was extremely rude. When she was taking my order she had me repeat myself; which was fine. Because I know it may be hard to hear. However, when I asked her to repeat because I couldn't understand; she rudely stated, "LIKE I SAID THE FIRST TIME!!!"
