My experience was good. My drive thru order was ready quick. I'm still puzzled on how to use my card to earn rewards. Have had it for almost a year & still haven't used it bc there is no code to scan like most restaurants. You all make it to
for the location you see why theres no self service on the soda machine and same with the sauce packets & napkins. The shop has mostly Spanish speaking employees, but they get the job done. though I understand condiments have to stay behind the register for obvious reasons , its annoying that they don't automatically give you the basic all day basic sauces like honey and ketchup. instead you have to get back in line to get these. and there's always a line. this place stays busy...read full review

I'm not writing anything but the service tonight because I ordered a three-piece combo. Two wings of breast, a biscuit, red beans and rice unsweet tea. Charged the amount for all of that, but received an unsweet tea fries tenders, three pieces and mashed potatoes and gravy. Wouldn't mind that except for the fact that I can't get through to call someone to let them know that a mistake was made
