“Pines Cafe in Jefferson has the best breakfast I've had in a very long time maybe even the best over all. Coffee was strong, homemade fluffy biscuits, gravy perfectly peppered, the French Toast light and fluffy and the hash browns perfectly fried (not too crunchy but not soggy). If I had to have a last meal it would be this breakfast all over again.“

“I was delighted to stay here. The Inn is so vintage! The staff friendly and helpful. Our room was no smoking, very clean, just one vintage framed map of Texas! The sheets were crisp and the bed was awesome! 3 pillows on each bed! 1 small and soft, medium a little more firm and a large firm! Who could ask for more.
