“Today August 27th at around 5:15 pm I received my curbside order, I want to congratulate Santiago he went above and beyond at his job, great customer service, he was very professional. I pray he stays blessed. He made our chick fil a experience wonderful for my autistic daughter and our family she’s wanting to be more independent and wants to take orders and pick up orders and Santiago was extremely nice to here and helped her because it was a big order. I appreciated it so much.“

“Shay at Chick-fil-A Westover Hills gave me, by far, the best customer service I have received in years. From the moment she greeted me, she was warm, genuine, and so welcoming—it felt like she already knew me. She used my name, had a beautiful smile and great attitude, and made sure I received everything I asked for.
When something needed correcting, Shay handled it immediately with no attitude and no problem at all—just professional, kind, excellent service. She truly made the whole experience better. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have her!

“Food was great (minus the fact that a Greek salad had no feta) but service/timing needs work. Curbside delivery is apparently last priority as I sat for over 30 minutes and had to go in....only to wait even longer.“
