“I typically go to the other one up on fuqua, but really enjoyed my visit to this one. Krystal was attentive and my order came out a lot quicker than it does at the one up where I normally go. Timeout menu and food over all is pretty good at both locations. Enjoyed my visit.“

“Overall a great experience. This is our go to bar to hangout and have a fun night. Great food and even better service, our waitress Merlin was very attentive and personable. She made sure we always had what we needed and was very fast with service. Also prices are reasonably good.“
“Just a few girls friends out on a Friday. This was my first time here. The atmosphere was great! There was a live band. The bartender staff were phenomenal, and the drinks were hitting. I’d definitely make this a spot to return too often.“

“We love this place. Not today. Music is sooo loud while trying to watch football and have a conversation. It’s terrible. They brought in a DJ. Normally a great place for sports and drinks! Love the staff!!“

“This is a neighborhood duve bar. If that is not what you are looking for, don't go and bother the folks inside.
If it is what you are looking for, go and pull up the bar and have a few drinks. Zach and Brian will take good care of you. Play some music on the jukebox or go upstairs and shoot some pool.
Go in the evening so you don't come and disturb our day drinking.“

They made us feel so welcome and helped with everything we needed. They not only serve up great food, drinks and atmosphere, but above all the best customer service I've seen in years. “Hidden gem!! We dined-in during our trip over Memorial Day 2021 and we were surprised with how delicious the food was. The salsa that came with the chips & salsa was super flavorful but not overly spicy. Their crab balls are Amazeballs!! You HAVE to order them! So yummy! Best I’ve had anywhere. The Cajun seafood pasta is delicious and is served in a massive portion that can easily be split between 2 people. Generous serving with lots of shrimp, sausage, and chicken. The fried pickles were fantastic. Sharp dills, great thickness, light batter. I ordered a side of red beans & rice as my main dish and it has a great texture and a hint of tart vinegar...would be best paired with cornbread or the amazing crab balls. I had a regular margarita on the rocks. It was ok. It was the most mediocre thing we ordered...so you KNOW the food is good. The music is great. We were here on Saturday from 8:30-10pm and the playlist was a great mix of Motown jams. 10/10 would recommend The Fish Place. We Absolutely recommend dining at this hidden gem!“

“Service was great. The appetizer was hot. We weren’t given any appetizer plates so we settled for napkins. My wings were not temperature hot but my significant others were. If you prefer sauce on your wings I recommend you request them wet. Also always join the waitlist!“
