Whomever was in charge this day kept yelling at everyone! The poor kid who helped us was constantly berated. My wife ordered a 4 piece mozzarella stick, received only 3...then the person in charge burned the replacement. finally got the replacement 4 piece and they were terrible. Sorry BK in Bandera....this was a bad day for you!
Hit or miss depending on if the staff has any adult supervision ? If Daniel (or is it David?…) is there I get my order and it’s correct , hit and fast! Give that guy a raise!!!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly is why we go!

I went through the drive through and I'm so amazed. A specific young man did an astonishing job. I ordered a small amount of food, for cheap. He accidentally got our order wrong, or didn't give us the whole order. We came through the drive through again and he redid our WHOLE order. Give this man a raise!!
