Ordered two linguine pastas and both were burned the mushrooms were so terrible they tasted like rubber and the pasta was infused with the burnt mushrooms to the point it was inedible. They remade one dish for us and would not take off the other from the bill. Our server was great but management lost a customer over a $16 plate. Horrible experience
Normally I would recommend this Italian restaurant but today I would not if you’re getting something to go the lady at the front counter wasn’t very friendly.She acted like it was a chore to wait on me. I asked for silverware in the bag with my food. And she said no we are out so how in the hell am I supposed to eat my food? Now I have to stop at another store and be inconvenienced to go buy some flatware to eat with.
Visted for a local business lunch today, there was a hair in my coworker's salad, so she didn't eat any more of it. Then we got our entrees and there was a roach (bug) in a coworker's food. The worst part was other than the bug, the owner was right by our table so we handed her the plate and she said "Oh", nothing else no apology nothing!
