Absolute terrible service. Ordered online then door dash drops off which they had no idea about the order. Well go figure, there are things missing. So door dash tells me to contact Pizza Hut. When attempting to call multiple times. I get out on forever holds (over 30 minutes each) this place is absurd and the way I see it they are thieves charging for things then not delivery or even attempting to fix the issues. Your app stated when the order would arrive which was supposed to be 615pm. When it read 615pm, I decided to give it about 10 more minutes. Well when I looked at my watch again, it said 726pm which is a lot more time than what I was giving. So I submitted an online complaint. I finally received my order. I ordered my pizza a little after 10:00. A little after 11 it still hadn't gotten here of course I tried to call the store and they were closed. I know someone was there because they should have been cleaning up. I guess they don't want happy customers. Will never go back or call in and order. Nancy
