I always enjoy eating here! The staff is awesome and the food is spectacular! The place has a great feel to it and I'll always go out of my way to share a meal with family at Bassano's. If you haven't tried the pizza, it's totally awesome! Never greasy like some of the other pizza places around. The chicken calabrese is to die for! My wife loves the Michelangelo tortellini. The staff are always pleasant and attentive, especially with the free bread rolls.
First time here on 6/12/25. We had lunch specials. My wife had the lasagna with salad and I opted for the spaghetti with meatballs along with the soup of the day. This restaurant is located just north of 21/71 in Bastrop, at Loop 150. Easy access and plenty of parking. Nice clean spacious dining area. Meals came with basket of bread. Very reasonable pricing and generous portions. We will definitely be back to sample some of their other dishes.
