train your employees to actually provide the food that's ordered. I would also recommend heating up your burgers before serving them.
Have tried three times in the last two weeks to stop and get ice cream. We stopped again tonight and ended up driving away after waiting at the window for over 15 mins because no one would take our order. Cars are lined up but most just drive away. You can see the employees inside but there is no one at the window. Such a shame because Dairy Queen has always been our favorite place for not just ice cream but also the food. Closed 2 hours early. No signage, and let us wait for 5 minutes before telling us They we’re closed.
