“Visited CE on my lunch break today at 12noon. The line was not long at all! Drive thru staff was very professional.y food was piping Hot and Fresh!! I am so happy with the service and food quality. I travel to Bay City for work daily and getting a great lunch is important. I will be back!“

This mcdonalds should be closed down until they have a clue how to run a business such as this.Yes it makes lots of money for franchisee, but the customers get nothing in return but a miserable experience every time. Whoever owner is, should be ashamed and rectify all the issues that make Bay City McDonald's the worst food establishment ever!“

“My husband and I placed an order online for curbside. We had never tried this Subway location but WOW is all I can say!!! Levi is the gentleman who helped us and let me say it was THE BEST SUBWAY we had ever experienced. “I was driving through and went out of my way to go there by nearly 30 minutes… the food was good, not great. I went inside to use the restroom and wanted to get my order to go, but the cashier said he wouldn’t serve me anything and I had to leave 😳🥺💯 it was still 10 minutes until closing but he said I had to go through the drive through (that’s weird right?) I was starving and had to not let myself get upset… I shrugged it off and went to the drive through and got stuck behind someone with a big complicated order and sat there for at least 10-15 minutes… I asked for ranch and got ketchup, no napkins and the bathroom was frightening!! The toilet was leaking all around the base and the floor was soaked and it smelled like urine. You can see it’s been caulked numerous times to no avail and it smells like sewage and urine, damp and moldy. I was trying not to judge bc it was obvi that they can’t get it under control… but it was so gross that even though I was starving and my food was ok, I still couldn’t eat it bc of the plumbing… If the restroom is like that, I can’t imagine what it’s like in the kitchen. It’s too bad too bc I really love my Jack in the crack’o ‘lackin 😂🤙🏼 but the whole experience was just off putting. I hope they can step up their game and improve incase I go through there again 💯🫶🏼🤙🏼“

“Thoroughly enjoyed the extra care Valerie put into the experience today. Was expecting a subway sandwich- wrapped in a bag- nope! In a great way!! She put it in a boat, served it with napkins and chips- great presentation. Fantastic portioning and even creation for a consistent bite across the sandwich. Totally surprised me. “This is my favorite subway. Its not the closest to me, but it's well worth the trip.. I've tried all of them. This location, in my opinion, makes the best sammiches lol. The employees are friendly and every sub they've made me has been gorgeous.. and not skimped out kwim. They don't put 5 black olives, and 5 pickles.. they make a bona-fide sub. Last guy that made my sub, was a true artist.. super nice and I was in and out quickly. Thank you guys. Oh yea, the closest subway to me charges me $8 for a footlong turkey, this location charged me just over $7.. dunno why the other locations ring me up at $8, whatever. Parking lot is a little small, but they didn't build the parking lot lol. Best location for a subway sandwich in Bay City.“
