Steakhouses in Bay City, TX

“I've been wanting to try the K 2 Steakhouse since we came through here a few years ago. A friend of mine came here a year or so after we did and let me know it was really a great experience! He was absolutely right! It looks a little plain on the outside, but once you enter, you know you're in for something special. The entry to K 2 is really extraordinarily nice and really fits the Steakhouse experience! It just gives you the feeling you're about to experience fine dining. We were met at the entrance by a very friendly and Cordial greeter and he led us to our table. There are different dining areas within the Steakhouse. What really impressed me was the very nice Salad Bar! It is very well put together and someone checks on it every few minutes to make sure everything is in order and stocked. Our waitress promptly greeted us at the table and took our drink orders. Sweet Tea for me, water for my wife and daughter, and a Coke for our 9 year old. She brought our drinks and asked about an appetizer, and we chose the blooming blossom onion. Afterwards she took our food orders, my wife ordered the Ribeye with fried Zucchini and Mac and cheese, my daughter had the Ribeye with loaded potatoes and green beans, our 9 year old had fried shrimp and Fries, with hush puppies. I ordered the Ribeye with a loaded baked potato and grilled Asparagus. Our waitress was very attentive and Cordial and checked on our table throughout our dining experience! I really loved the inside of the K 2 Steakhouse with its decor and ambience! It really was everything and more that I thought it would be. If we're back in the area you can bet this will be worth the stop again! There is so much more on the menu other than steaks! They have a very broad selection and it's a place you can go in every day of the week and have something different! Just a really great place in the middle of Bay City, Tx“
