“4 words! Fresh Every Single Time. I come 3 times a week and my average wait time is about 5-6 minutes but let me tell you, I will wait for a fresh burger off the grill and a hot crispy fry anyday ! If you want "Fast Food" in under 5 minues...go to McDonald's who has food held for use and is trash most of the time. This location needs more credit and better reviews. But the negative always weighs down the good. I see these employees every week and they do strive to take care of their guest. Good job guys I see you!“
“I had two separate orders and the drive thru operator was very patient and kind. She repeated my order and explained what originally comes on the bacon cheeseburger so that neither one of us would be confused preceding the next order. At the window they lost a ticket, but did a quick recovery and we were exceptionally happy with our food. One of the burgers which was mine was missing mustard and tomato, but I never complained because of the positive service I encountered. I have worked food service so I have compassion and understanding unless it was a dire mess up. ? They conducted theirselves very well.“
“I am sharing on the location across from Denny's, across I-10. The food and service here is always great.
I want everyone to be clear on something. There is ANOTHER Sonic on Garth just past the hospital and Walgreens/CVS. Different owners, different managers and terrible attitudes. Quality of service and food is terrible. I live closer to this one but REFUSE to go here because it is so bad. The employees for the most part could care less about you, the food, the job etc and the cause of that is a total lack of management. To hear it told, the manager is non-existant amd does a poor job when there. There is ZERO motivation, training or role-modeling for these employees. You get eyerolls, mumbling, closing the window in your face and if you say something courteous they just stare at you.
Do yourself a favor and drive the few extra miles down Garth to the good Sonic. If you don't, you will see what I mean and you will be sorry. You WILL do it the next time LOL! Consider yourselves warned.“
