I recently visited my local Sonic and ordered a double smash burger along with a large banana shake with a few special options. My order was ready exactly when it was supposed to be, which was already a great start.
When I arrived, the staff checked me in right away and asked me to come to the window. They verbally confirmed my order, greeted me with a genuine smile, and were extremely courteous and friendly throughout the entire interaction. Everything felt smooth, organized, and welcoming.
The food was prepared correctly, the service was fast, and the employees made the experience feel personal and positive. I’m genuinely glad this location is my Sonic of choice — they consistently make it a great experience.“
“Staff was super friendly and smiles. The location is a pain to exit as you have to deal with Walmart traffic. The order was on point but a bit slow, having said that, the employee hopping was very forthcoming with status of my order. Each time she comes out with something she spoke to me so I'm not mad. Great job!
