Went through the Drive through today around 2pm to get a quick snack. Elizabeth made my experience amazing she’s super sweet and has awesome customer service skills!

never again. ill stick to 146 whataburger
1st visit: shake machine down and flat coke and food was meh. fries were cold
30-40 minute wait
2nd visit: 25 minutes just to leave
i pull up behind cars in 3rd lane thinking people will take my order like they did last time vs intercom.
nope car pulls up bring me but in second lane and places order so throws me off . how am i supposed to order now when the person behind me has ordered before me?!?!
