I am a very dissatisfied customer. I wouldn't even give one star. The customer service from the manager was extremely terrible. I ordered a cake for my nephew's 10th birthday party and recieved a cake completely different from the one I originally ordered. The manager didn't reimburse me for the inconvenience because I ABSOLUTELY needed a cake for my nephew's party. I had no other option with the time of the party. She said I could either leave with the cake and not be reimbursed...read full review

It was rather gross that the lady served our two scoops of ice cream and then took our money without using any gloves 🤮, pretty sure thats a health violation. Ice cream wasnt labelled what flavors they were, didnt have any chocolate mint, workers only concerned with talking to a kid who ran in from outside and ran to back of the store to talk and laugh. Will buy it at the store from now on.
