I must say, regarding the Philly Cheesesteak, the bread (steak roll) is pretty good, meat and cheese are as well; I just do not ever remember having a Philly cheesesteak served with Mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickles the entire time we lived just outside Philadelphia, PA.. cherry peppers (hot or sweet) were usually added for a little extra something.
Nice quiet place for lunch and the staff was very friendly..
Great food, staff were fast and nice. But the AC wasn't working and it was very warm, and the soda machine was broke (they fill it behind the counter). The employees did a great job and I highly recommend the food. The other issues would be the responsibility of the owners/management.

Charleys Cheesesteaks serves great food, including the original Philly cheese steak, chicken philly cheese steak, and seasoned fries, with generous portions. The staff are fast, nice, friendly, and welcoming, providing good communication of menu options. The place is REALLY CLEAN, with a 100 score from the city inspector. However, the AC wasn't working, the soda machine was broke, and sometimes workers were busy in the back and didn't acknowledge customers waiting. Despite these issues, the food is very tasty and wonderful, making it the best cheese steaks around.
