“The whole experience was awesome this time! I had been upset because I had heard some bad news about our family pet, but I was able to come in here and take my mind off of things for a little while. The women at the register were really nice and met me with a smile.
I told the manager about my family pet, and she offered her condolences.
The food was fresh, hot, and seasoned well. I had the homestyle meal large, and the only thing wrong was it was missing the tomato. I just figured they had been out of tomato today.
I would recommend this place for the friendly service and atmosphere.“
“I love going to this location, when I'm in town. I go around lunch time. My food is always fresh and hot. Management and staff are always professional, welcoming, and friendly. After ordering, through the App, I either go through the drive-thru or walk-in and pick up; there's never a difference in service. Keep up the good work.“
“I'm new to the neighborhood and I really like this McDonald's. They move pretty quickly, and the employees are always friendly and efficient.
If you have not downloaded the McDonald's app you should. Not only is it easy to order your food, there is all kinds of discounts and rewards that add up to free food.“
“I tend to go to this location on Fridays to pick up breakfast for my work crew. I can't speak for other times of the day, but every time I go this crew is rocking and rolling. Barely any wait for a large order and the lady working the first window is always super friendly.“
“The McDonald's on vSouth MLK is TRASH. The evening crew is lazy . They give you cold, nasty food. When you return it, they reheat it and give it to you with a smirk. When they do that get a refund!!! The best thing anyone can do is stay away from that one!!!! I experienced the worst or the worst on 03/19/2025. I never imagined Mickie D's would sink like this. They need to clean the house to survive. I left Wendy's out of my plan for that very reason. Cleanliness and a good attitude are a must. Anyone can spot a fraud with a lying smile 😃“
“Drive thru experience was good except they forgot my free chicken sandwich I ordered with points. Always check your bag, I was just running late with a million things and drove off before I checked. But the fries were perfect as usual hot crispy and a hint of salt.oh yeah,!!

“I was at this location for quite a while. The customer service given to us was wonderful. The associate checked on us several times and seemed genuinely friendly. The food was not as hot as it could have been. Who doesn't love hot fries and nuggets? Lastly, the playground needed attention. We were there for a couple of hours, and it received no cleaning before their dinner rush.
Kid-friendliness: This location has a large playspace for children to play in. They also have electronic tablets at the long bench table next to the playspace for the children to use.

“Destiny in back drive through provided exceptional customer service. I mean reminded me of chic fil a service. She really needs a raise and in manager suit because she made McDonalds slogan of loving customers come back to life. Ariel in front drive through was nice but skeptical when ask name to say something good on here. Brandon the manager explained and was very friendly. Brandon truly makes a difference cause his friendliness show in his staff. Job well done tonight, please recognize each as this is not very often performance from McDonald’s at any of the stores in Beaumont. Bring back mystery shops make company better.“
