McDonald's in Beaumont

“Ms. Stacy in the drive through literally makes my mornings. I will chose this location over Starbucks & Dunkin’ because I know I can count on a positive experience constantly with Ms Stacy. She always has a positive attitude and is patient with customers. The food here is always quick and fresh. I have never had a significant wait and each person I’ve interacted with here has always been happy to help. This location is definitely a gem !! Thank you to this team for all they do !!“

“Destiny in back drive through provided exceptional customer service. I mean reminded me of chic fil a service. She really needs a raise and in manager suit because she made McDonalds slogan of loving customers come back to life. Ariel in front drive through was nice but skeptical when ask name to say something good on here. Brandon the manager explained and was very friendly. Brandon truly makes a difference cause his friendliness show in his staff. “The line was a little long when I got there, but I hardly waited. They got me through super fast while being polite and my order was correct. My fries were fresh and my burger was very good (not something I’d normally say about McDonald’s).“

The food is always correct and hot and they are kind and they're actually seems to be a desire to get the order right and please the customer where as many McDonald's sometimes don't seem to care that much“

“I’ve usually had bad experiences with our local McDonald’s throughout the different locations. However, today was ABSOLUTELY different. From the time I walked into the door until the time we left, I was treated with nothing but respect and met so many friendly people. One in particular, Jormanny was super nice and friendly. Very courteous and helpful with our time there. Even when they were slammed with orders she held a smile the entire time and help my family anytime we needed something. She went above and beyond to even come to our table to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything. She is a special employee that every business would die to have. She sets the example for what a great employee should strive to be. Management if your reading this she deserves a MASSIVE RAISE!“

“I love going to this location, when I'm in town. I go around lunch time. My food is always fresh and hot. Management and staff are always professional, welcoming, and friendly. After ordering, through the App, I either go through the drive-thru or walk-in and pick up; there's never a difference in service. Keep up the good work.“
