I waited 30 minutes for my food while others who came after me got served before me. When I went to ask, they had made a mistake and missed my order. This was dinner time so I asked for a refund as I need to get food for my kids before they go to bed. The girl behind the counter was unable to do the refund so she asked them man cooking the food. Recently, a customer appreciated the friendly and upbeat service from Janice at the drive-thru, who even offered to upgrade their drink to a large. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The menu features popular items like the King Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich, though some wish it was available year-round. The staff take pride in offering a variety of "meats" but no alternative meat options were seen. The dining room, however, could use better maintenance, as floors were sticky and sodas and condiments were out. Despite this, the cashier was extremely nice, and the kitchen staff worked nonstop to serve hot, fresh food. Improvements in cleaning and staffing in the dining area could make the experience even better.
