I stopped by Arby’s for a quick lunch and had a great experience! Janice greeted me at the drive-thru window with a big smile, even during the busy lunch rush. She was super friendly and upbeat, and even offered to upgrade my drink to a large. My food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Great service and great food, thanks, Janice!

The dining room needs 1 designated person to clean up. The floors are sticky, sodas and condiments are all out. The cashier was EXTREMELY nice. The food came out steaming hot and fresh. The guys in the kitchen are working non stop and don't have time to attend the dining room. ARBYS please schedule 1 designated person to clean the dining room and yall would get 5 stars.
