The cookies are great and there's usually a decent inventory unless you're within an hour of closing.If you pay by card, the system forces you to leave a tip. If you type in a custom $0 tip, the screen does not allow you to proceed, you must enter a tip (even $0.01). Never seen any other business do this before...
I love this place! I love that they have combined the Great American Cookies WITH Marble Slab ice cream. The service is usually done with a smile, they greet you upon entering. The only issue I have is that they close so early. It says on Yelp they are open to 9pm, but they are only open from 12-6 or 12-7pm. Otherwise no complaints.

Placed a somewhat larger order (6 of the best value ice creams) online to be ready ASAP. After paying online and submitting the order, it said it would not be ready for an hour and a half.
