Schmidt BBQ was one of the stops on the TX BBQ Trail…a long established family business. I did a “To-Go” order and went with the three meat platter with brisket, ribs, and turkey along with the Jalapeño Mac & Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes. Overall a good plate, the brisket was tender but a little dry. The ribs were good and the rub had nice flavor, and the turkey was very moist and tender and went well with their BBQ sauce.
