I loved the place, the food was very good, the mojitos were super good, especially the exquisite coconut one, the attention of our server Jesus was one of the best, I recommend the place 100%
Cute ambiance. Great for dinner. I came for lunch with my coworkers. I'm docking one star because the service could have been better. The waiters seemed overwhelmed so we waited a bit for basic things like refilling drinks and checks. I also wish they had a lunch menu because it is a little on the higher price for what you get. Either way it's good solid Cuban food.

I've eaten here since I was little. The food at Cafe Piquet is some of the most authentic Cuban food here in Houston... it doesn't taste the same as it did 10 years ago but the yuca with mojo is still delicious. I prepare the congri better at home but the rest turns out great!!!
