“Ordered a custom double layer 1-tier funfetti cake. Asked for a little less frosting than usual, and he tried to meet me halfway by adding less frosting. The cake was super moist (we stored in fridge for a day, and served it straight out of the fridge). Held its shape, and looked great at the party. Shapes were made of gum paste, and he matched my theme quite well. Super easy to talk to the baker (Robert), he was pretty accommodating and was definitely able to meet our timeline (we ordered about a week+ before the day of pick up). Fairly priced also. Recommend!“

I did have a tiny problem. Who I assume is a new hire gave us a total of 35 with change. Tried paying cash, but I guess there wasn't enough to give us change. So when the new hire asked his co-worker for help, our new total was close to 50. It was a small inconvenience but a simple mistake. I'm sure we've been there before. I'd definitely recommend this Ben and Jerry's.“

Their signature chocolate flavor is their most popular for good reason- it was so tasty, I don't think there were any leftovers! Nadine was easy to work with and readily accommodated a design change after our initial consultation. We received so many compliments not only about the flavor of the cake but about the design as well- several people asked us if the fondant soccer scarf they crafted was real! Absolutely fabulous overall.“

“Knew this place from the Galleria location. Saw this location is finally open, so decided to check it out. Place has a very nice dining area and living up to its name "boutique." Saw "Mont Blanc (chestnut-flavored cake)" and tried it; it's a popular cake in Japan. It was rich and flavorful. Didn't buy their mille crepes this visit but I bet they are excellent. They often have different seasonal flavors of them, sawand also have special cakes like Mont Blac too. It's a very good treat.“

“Walked in today to place a custom cake order with only 4 days notice for my daughter's 16th Birthday Party. Lindsey was so sweet and helped us find just the right cake and helped customize it to my daughter liking. We were trying to decide on a cake flavor and she graciously allowed us to try the red velvet cupcake to see if that was the flavor my daughter liked. It was an absolutely amazing experience and relived this mamas stress!
We have also ordered custom Taylor swift cookies in the past thay were not only beautifully decorated but delicious!

“I ordered a cake for my father's 77th birthday a week in advance and upon arrival to the bakery, I found out they never made the cake. They offered alternative cakes already made or to bake the requested cake immediately, but I didn't have time to wait that long. I took a refund instead.

****Update**** The bakery reached out to me and offered to make the cake I requested free of charge out of good will and an attempt to make things right. I accepted their offer and brought home the cake yesterday. It was delicious and my father was very happy.

Very convenient and most of the time there busy none stop .so of course they may not have what you want but it’s still good ..Great customer service. Yes we all have that moment at work when we just angry. It’s dealing with customer all day.This location deserves more than a 3.5 rating. Should be at least 4.2-4.5 .I love it highly recommend just be nice to workers and they will be nice to you .“
