Holy cow! I was sad that my route didn't put me in Lockhart for BBQ at the right time for lunch. So when we were nearing Belton I had the wife find me a well reviewed local BBQ joint there. And I am soooo glad we found Miller's Smokehouse! I am from a small town in Texas and have lived in Oklahoma for 30 years. There is not BBQ in Oklahoma that I'd write home about.
