Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store offers a diverse selection of delicious ice creams and meals like the jalapeno burger and chicken strip basket. The service is generally good, whether dining inside or going through the drive-thru. However, there have been some issues with staff professionalism, as noted by customers who experienced delays and confusion with their orders. The atmosphere can be lively, making it a great spot for a quick grocery run or a tasty meal on the go. The grocery section is a highlight with well-stocked shelves, although there might be occasional supply issues. Some customers have praised the delicious Strawberry Sundae and noted that the chicken strip dinner was served hot with steaming gravy. While most food is well-received, there have been concerns about cleanliness, with reports of flies in the dining area. Overall, Braum's remains a popular choice for families, offering kid-friendly options and wheelchair accessibility.
