“I had the whiskey cherry cola & tostadas to pair. Didn’t manage to get a picture of the drink because it was drank before a photo could be taken🤭it was the perfect blend of whiskey, cola, and fancy black cherries. 🍒 💕 The tostadas were exceptionally made with love utilizing local farm fresh beef, pickled red onions, greens and jalapeños 🤤 🌶️ Chef Travis and his team take pride in using local farm fresh ingredients! The bartenders, and chefs are not only beyond talented in their craft- but they are also welcoming & friendly🫶 you will feel right at home here. ❤️ There is even live music on the weekends- they’ve got you covered for entertainment 🤘 🎸 This is a hidden gem of a place, go check them out! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟“
“This is a pretty cool place, with a good vibe. Beers were great and the liquer was tasty and strong. We had a couple of beers and a flight of the whiskey. Several was very knowledgeable of her product.

“My friends and I from San Antonio had the best time. Outstanding flavors (Reuben was out of this world,) the best margaritas, and the vibe was amazing with professional live music and people just dancing and living it up. Even ran into people I hadn't seen in ten years, maybe more! 5 star all the way.“

“Service was a little slow but it was busy so it's understandable and we had a group of 8. But, they made up for it with friendly service and tasty food. I ordered their hot Italian sandwich and it was very, very good. The portion size was even better because I did not think I was going to finish my sandwich when it initially came out. I got to try their pizza and pasta from our group and to me everything tasted great. It was a fun place and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.“

“From Mike “Big Chief” Hiatt – The Whiskey Trip Podcast
Milam & Greene Distillery in Blanco, Texas is the real deal. As someone who travels the country tasting whiskey and talking with the folks who make it, I can tell you—this place is something special.
Master Distiller Marlene Holmes brings decades of knowledge and a whole lot of heart to every bottle. Her attention to detail and her love for the craft are poured into every expression. Whether it’s their classic bourbon or a limited-edition release, you can taste the experience and excellence.
Brenda, the tasting room manager, is a rockstar. She made us feel right at home, walked us through the lineup with infectious energy, and told the story of Milam & Greene with pride. She’s one of those people who makes you want to sit, sip, and stay a while.
The entire staff—from the folks behind the bar to the ones working the stills—are passionate, welcoming, and damn good at what they do. If you’re traveling through the Hill Country, Milam & Greene needs to be on your whiskey trail.
This place doesn’t just pour great whiskey—it pours great people, great stories, and great memories. Cheers from The Whiskey Trip.“
