I had an incredible meal at Compadres Hill Country Cocina in Boerne! The fideo was pure comfort in a bowl—rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned, with noodles cooked just right in a warm, flavorful broth that felt like Grandma’s house. The fajita taco was equally outstanding, packed with tender, smoky fajita meat that had that signature Hill Country BBQ flair, wrapped in a fresh tortilla. Every bite was bursting with bold, authentic Tex-Mex flavors.
Y’all should’ve seen my daughter’s face the first time she tried the beef fajitas: her eyes almost popped out of her head, LOL!

Chef Mark catered my sister’s rehearsal dinner at our house. He was the consummate professional, excellent service. We had people from all over the country and each of them commented on how great the food was. Wish I could give this place 10 stars!
We drove from san juan texas for our 2nd time visiting, we had a big party and Dalia was amazing accommodating and super attentive to all of us. Food is delicious from the birria tacos, tacos de fajita and botana platter it was amazing. Looking forward to our next visit
