This is some fantastic barbecue in a butcher shop that sells meat, but they also smoke meats for sale and they have a separate dining room where you can eat. You walk up to the counter and order your barbecue beef chopped beef probably chicken too, but it didn't see any. I had the 1lb brisket AND ribs plate with Cole slaw. I came in 10 minutes before they closed. My brisket was cold. After RE heating it back at the hotel it was amazing. The ribs didn't need any sauce I loved them. The smoke ring was present on everything and it was very unique. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

3.21.24 stopped in for lunch and had a sausage/brisket poboy. 3 slices of brisket and a sausage link with a little sauce, pickle and onions on a hogie roll for $10.99. Very good and filling. Counter service , basic seating area, friendly staff. They also had some nice looking steaks and other meats in their display cases along with other jarred items.
