Rivulet Kitchen and Bar is a delightful addition to Boerne. The restaurant serves delicious and unique food, with generous portions. The cocktails are refreshing and well-made. The service is wonderful, with attentive waitstaff. The chef/owner is often visible, greeting guests and working in the kitchen. The Mediterranean-style menu offers a variety of healthy options, and the outdoor dining area is beautiful, with easy off-street parking. On Wednesday evenings they offer 20% off any steak night. The rib eye was cooked perfectly and everything else was fresh and delicious. The full bar and lovely patio are additional highlights and Heather was delightful. The Ruby Ruben with the mushroom and coconut water soup was a plus. The mushroom soup prepared by the owner Roy was the very best and unique. The house made corn beef and scratch Russian Sauce was worthy of a 5 star restaurant. This is a great concept with food that does not use sea oils.
