We eat here most trips to Bolivar. I love seafood but my wife doesn’t, so we both have good choices here. Never had a bad experience here either. Nice folks every time.
La Playita is a hidden gem in Port Bolivar. I was biking around the Peninsula and it was on my route so I got lunch there and so glad I did. Such wonderful service. Before you could even ask they were filling up water, salsa refills etc. Just really nice attentive service that is rare these days. The food was really good. We take bolivar ferry just to eat here. Mexican food is very good. Chile gravy great, seafood specials never let me down. Great prices. Super mexican dinner $14. Canceled finish it...ad grap a cookie on your way out.
