Parking: The parking is beyond terrible.. probably only 5 spots in the front, but it's very difficult to back out being so close to the intersection.. there's maybe 8 spots on the left side of the building. Again, it is very easy to pass due to the fact that you're going through an intersection, and trying to leave could be difficult if there's traffic..“

“I love Chicken Salad Chick. The chicken salad is delicious. I've tried numerous flavors and I love them all. My only complaint so far is that the last two times I've been to the one in Lake Jackson the croissant want fresh and the bottom was hard so I had to just eat the top half. I hope it's going to be better next time.“

“I have "heard" bad things about the staff. Word of mouth goes pretty far around our area. I stopped in to grab some lunch for my husband, and I must say I think it is a hit and miss. I had wonderful women take care of my me. I am a chatter, and they kept up. I would not go on word of mouth on this. Try for yourself before you can pass a judgement about the staff.“
