It pains me to say this, but I can no longer recommend MOD Pizza. Part of my order was missing, and the automated phone system gave me an invalid message no matter which number I pushed. I wished to resolve the problem peacefully but never got the chance.
I see other reviews complaining about parts of orders gone missing. MOD Pizza, this is no small problem if it keeps recurring. I suspect that the company has lost its way.
