Worst experience ever, my daughter did an online order to this store by mistake, she called back to cancel while at cypress location. Brenham store was rude and when asked to speak to a manager, they said there was no manager and hung up on me.
I tryed to file a complaint to corporate and when asked for store number and ticket number to file complaint it said someone had already did a review under my ticket number.
Many times now our food was not correct when delivered. This time they left out sides for 2 of our 4 combos. When asked to make it right they placed blame on door dash and we never received our missing items
Horrible service, the credit card machine is always messed up, we dine in for lunch and it’s empty and it still takes them at least 20 minutes to get our food. And idk why they clean the floor at lunch time.
