They were out of brisket (about 12:30pm) as well as a few other things I wanted to try but I ended up with turkey, chopped beef and a couple of ribs along with the potato salad and Caesar slaw. I’m a potato salad snob and they surpassed my standards! It was perfect. The Caesar slaw was delicious as well. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything quite like it. The meat was very good and tender and the sauce was a tangy mustard-y Carolina style that I loved. It was about $30 for meat, two sides and a 20 oz Dr. Pepper but I have enough leftovers for two more meals so I am a happy girl. Definitely recommend!“
