“Mr. David Smith have such amazing customer service. I did a DoorDash order there. He was very kind and nice. Had a happy smile on and I love my experience there he didn’t complain about me going through the drive-through like most companies do. Soon as he opened his window, he stopped what he was doing. He greeted me with a smile. This is a frustrating job, but Mr. David went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile thank you for being so kind.“

“Visited this location 4/9/2026 at 12 for lunch. And luckily was NOT disappointed. Staff were nice, especially this one guy, I didnt catch his name though. Food was good, had a meatball sub and my mom had a white bread with turkey and ham. Mine tasted amazing, just wish the meatballs were bigger. That be my only complaint. And only reason atmosphere isn't 5 stars is just cause I'm not a big green on grey fan, just a personal dislike nothing actually wrong.“

“We frequent this place often and although they changed managers or owners a while back it is gradually getting better than what it first was when the new management took over. Originally when they took over it went downhill really quick! But now it's changed and Foods coming out more consistent and the errors or mistakes that happen are less and less. 👌“

“This subway had the freshest ingredients I have seen at a Subway in SO LONG. Both the gals working behind the counter were extremely polite and efficient. It's unfortunate we were just passing through. Our Subways up where we live in DFW are nowhere near this nice, both ingredient wise and customer service. I would eat at them more often if they were. I'm sorry to say I didn't catch either of their names. But I know how hard it is to find good help these days, and it seems you hit the jackpot.“
