“Dakota went above and beyond when I was ordering at the counter with a scatter brain! I ordered a bunch of things separately and when I looked at my receipt she had paired my order into meals and saved me $6 or so. I was super happy to see that she cared that much. I love this Sonic!“

“My hubby and I went here a day before the Peach Festival. There was only the option of vanilla, chocolate, peach and one other flavor but the amount of the ice cream in the buckets were either half full or almost empty....which was depressing. I know the festival was the next day and the ladies told us they were getting ready for it , but still. You should have more flavors out. I got the waffle cone ice cream. The ice cream itself was yummy but the cone was very stale. I would've been more happy to have gone to a grocery store to buy a gallon of ice cream and would have felt better about the price. I give a 4 star bc the ladies were nice, the store was clean, and the ice cream was decent but I wouldn't say terrific. Myhubby and I were eating the ice cream and decided right then we wouldn't go back.Hope this helps the owners..“

“I got a cherry snow cone with some add-ons. The cherry was good but wish it was wild cherry. It could have been more bold. Also had some white ice. I guess the cherry flavoring didn't get everywhere it was supposed too. Pretty good. I will be back to try other flavors.“

“First time here with the family tonight! I can see why the drive thru line was so long and why they're always busy. The lady working the drive thru window was working really hard and had her customer service on point! We had a pretty big order that came out absolutely perfect! And the drinks we ordered Def hit the spot as well. Maybe one day my family and I will make it inside to get the full Braums experience.“

“Fast and friendly. Did have some issues with their Entercoms and park-n-order spots being out of order but looked like they were in the process of repairing them all since they had guys out messing with them all. Great place to get a fast meal!“

“Ya know its a fast food restaurant so someday you go and its great other times you go and it sucks. My advice don't leave until you look in your bag and make sure its up to par and you got everything you ordered. Then and only then head home and enjoy your food hopefully.“

“My food was hot and fresh! It took longer than normal to hear from someone after hitting the button and they didn't look super busy but the food came out really quick and my carhop Erin was so sweet and personable! Which in my opinion I would rather wait a few minutes and have a good customer service experience than someone answering or bringing my food out in a bad mood. I come here often and the carhops are always so lovely and make the experience that much better!“
