Shipley Do-Nuts offers good food that is always fresh, though some kolaches have had dry and oddly textured bread that did not feel fresh out of the oven. The staff are incredibly nice. The drive-thru is a nice feature for quick service, though communication can sometimes need help, causing delays during busy times like 7 am. The location is convenient for many. Overall, it provides a great experience for families, including first-time visits for trying a donut.
