We are extremely grateful for this Jordan ranch location. They accommodated us so well with our small request, of helping us find out the gender of our second baby. Our son loves donuts and so we couldn’t think of a better way ti find out the gender of our baby by getting a blueberry filled donut for boy and a strawberry filled donut for girl. Thank the Lord that there is a Shipley Donuts in Jordan Ranch. I have been visiting Shipleys virtually the last ten years on Friday Saturday and Sunday asking for the same six items at about 5:30am. This Shipleys has done the best out of all of them with their smiles and the efficiency. If you are a customer and you order how the menu states the items you will always get exactly what you want. Shipley Do-Nuts offers good food that is always fresh, though some kolaches have had dry and oddly textured bread that did not feel fresh out of the oven. The staff are incredibly nice. The drive-thru is a nice feature for quick service, though communication can sometimes need help, causing delays during busy times like 7 am. The location is convenient for many. Overall, it provides a great experience for families, including first-time visits for trying a donut.
