“This Dunkin’ location is self-serve and is located inside of a gas station. We enjoyed making our own iced coffee however, the Dunkin’ brand iced coffee wasn’t available so we had to use the gas station’s brand of cold brew that was on tap to make our drinks. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t Dunkin’, which is why we specifically came to this location. The doughnuts were surprisingly good. I liked the experience. And the clerk at the counter was really sweet when we checked out with her.“

“This new Shipley's Donut location in Katy opened yesterday (2/21/2026). Wow, I went there today (2/22/2026) for a dozen of glazed donuts, which were delicious! I happened to check through some older mail the other day at my house and discovered a post card announcing the Grand Opening on February 21, 2026 with coupons. I was able to redeem the coupon for buy one dozen glazed donuts and get a half of dozen glazed donuts for free. The attendant didn't know the expiration date for the coupons so check to see if you received the post card for the Shipley's Donut location on 4019 Pitts Rd in Katy, TX. The coupons are only valid at this location.“

“Great, fresh, high quality donuts, 🍩🥐☕️kolaches, etc! The new guy, Evan, is very polite & professional & always has a smile on his face with pleasant conversation to help me start my day. The owner is also nice, but is mostly in the back. Great selection of morning drinks too, not just coffee-stop in and say Hello, and grab you a good, hot breakfast on your way to work or school! It is essentially a donut cupcake, and it was a great idea.There is also a very nice guy working here that is incredibly personable and charming- I missed his name, but it was just him mid-day on a Saturday and my friend and I probably spent 15 minutes just chatting with him and swapping fun facts before we left.
