The chilaquiles were bomb!!! The quesabirria and the consome were super tasty. Might be too much sodium for some people. When we went they were all out of aguas frescas so ask beforehand if they have any if you want a limonada lol. You can add an egg to your chilaquiles! But it's only on the side so you add it to the chilaquiles yourself. Generally good atmosphere. Everything that was a side was actually super delicious!
Food is delicious! I have an extremely picky boss that says he's not picky about food (liar!) and he also really enjoys the food. I am not big on frijoles a la charra or beans in general and their beans are delicious! I do wish they had free delivery for the Chilaquiles TO-GO location in Los Fresnos and I didn't have to go through DoorDash because I am in Los Fresnos and the Los Fresnos location doesn't deliver, it has to be delivered from Brownsville.

The chilaquiles especiales were delicious. The oaxaca cheese was cooked inside the tortilla chips. It took a while from the time we ordered to get our food, but it was worth the wait.
