McDonald's is a family-friendly restaurant with a play area designed for infants under 3. The staff is generally friendly, with managers like the one who attended to us being pleasant and helpful. Reyna provides incredible fast service and outstanding customer skills, making tired visitors smile. Petra is always friendly and greets you with a smile in the mornings at the drive-thru. The food is consistently good, including chicken nuggets with fries, a cheeseburger, a frappe mocha, and a McFlurry Oreo. However, the ice coffee is never the same, sometimes sweet, bitter or with little ice. The restaurant could benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms, to ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors, especially families with young children.
