Aside from being the manager at this location when it was under Gio’s Villa for about 15 years, I really did want to finally try their cuisine. I sat at the bar, then went to the ladies room. I said hello to a few former customers of ours, and upon sitting back at the bar, I could tell the vibe had changed. We went to Matilda’s for a much-needed girls’ night, and it was such a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting—perfect for a night out to relax and catch up. The drinks were amazing, the food was delicious, and everything came out fresh and beautifully presented.
A special shoutout to our waiter, Ricardo, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great evening. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel completely taken care of.
