I encountered a frustrating situation at the restaurant today. Initially, the waitress took my drink and food order but never returned to my table. She failed to bring my fideo, chips, or even the basic requirement of limes. Additionally, it took more than 30 minutes for my enchiladas to arrive. It was good for some basic Mexican food. We had the tacos al pastor.. which came with just onion and cilantro.. no pineapple ..double corn tortillas, and it was better with the green salsa. Also, Had a caldo de res..there's only one size, and it's huge, so make sure you have enough hunger to finish it, or you can always ask for a to-go cup..which we did. It was also okay. Tacos and gorditas were amazing. Perfectly cooked. The service was also very hospitable. Spanish is primarily spoken, but the menus are very helpful if there is a barrier. This place is definitely worth the trip of you want some good Mexican cooking. If you pay with card there is no option on the receipt to tip, so definitely bring cash for tipping.
